Commercial models

Example commercial models and funding routes

Illustrative models for every audience the programme serves. Each one states hours, cohort pattern, recognition and the funding route that pays for it, so a buyer can compare the offer against any professional certification on the market.

Charities and CICs

Free at the point of use for the third sector

Charities, community interest companies and social enterprises carry the work that keeps communities standing, usually on stretched budgets and volunteer hours. They should not be the last to get safe, governed AI capability. The charity and CIC route costs the organisation nothing. Sponsors, corporate cross subsidy and grant funding pay for it.

Time back for frontline work

Case notes, funding bids, rotas, minutes and impact reports are the tasks that eat volunteer hours. Foundation and Bronze target exactly those, with a before and after measure on each one.

Safety, data and safeguarding first

Third sector data is sensitive. The route teaches what may never be pasted into a public tool, how to redact and when a human must stay in the decision.

Trustee level assurance

A board can adopt a written AI use policy, see who is trained and evidence the controls in place if a funder or regulator asks.

Recognition people keep

Volunteers earn the same certificate and portfolio as any paid colleague, which supports the move into employment or further study.

Benchmark insight

What the market leaders do well

We reviewed established UK professional certification providers, including The CX Academy, and pulled the pricing and packaging moves that convert interest into enrolment. These six levers now shape every model above.

Anchor, bundle and upgrade

Benchmark providers list a certificate, a diploma and a bundle side by side so the bundle reads as the sensible choice. Our Foundation to Gold bundle plays the same role and protects the single level entry point.

Publish commitment hours

Every tier states direct learning hours and delivery mode. Buyers compare hours before they compare price, so hours are shown first on every card.

Name the accreditation on the price card

Credit rating and professional certification move a course from training to qualification. Recognition is stated on each tier rather than hidden in a separate page.

Cohort dates create decisions

A named next intake converts interest into enrolment. Each model carries an intake pattern rather than an open ended start any time promise.

Employer logos and graduate proof

Benchmark sites lead with employer logos and verified reviews. We lead with founder partners, live employer briefs and verifiable certificate IDs.

Funding routes stated plainly

Levy, grant, commissioning and bursary routes are named on every tier so a buyer can see how the cost is actually met.

Build a model around your organisation

Tell us the audience, the group size and the funding route. We will shape a cohort plan, a recognition map and a reporting pack against it.
