We want people to be able to understand and use the website and portal and to ask for support when they encounter a barrier. This includes registration, legal information, learning activities and evidence submission.

If you need information in a different format, help with a form or an adjustment to an activity, contact hello@edgeaiskills.com. Tell us which page or task is causing difficulty and how you would prefer us to contact you. You do not need to include a medical diagnosis in your initial message.

We will explain an alternative route where one is available and discuss support needs privately. If the proposed solution does not address the barrier, you can use the Complaints page to request a review.
