- Choose the pathway
- Start at the appropriate point. Foundation and Bronze can establish safe practice and application. Silver A, Silver B or Gold should follow only where responsibilities and goals require greater depth.
- Agree the offer
- Agree the learners, levels, facilitation, review time, support, tool licences and fees in a written proposal. One Silver A or Silver B place is included, and you choose which. No fixed intake, included Gold places or external funding is assumed.
